How to do it
You load a weighted sled and drive it down a lane of turf with your arms extended, leaning in at about 45 degrees. It builds leg drive and conditioning with almost no eccentric load, so it is easy to recover from.
- Grip the handles with your arms long and your back flat.
- Lean in until your body is at about 45 degrees.
- Drive with short, powerful steps through the balls of your feet.
- Keep your hips low and push all the way to the end of the lane.

How to track it
