Delete your Musclist account

From the app

1. Open Musclist and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
3. Confirm. Your account is deleted immediately and you are signed out.

Without the app

Email hello@musclist.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. If you signed in with Apple and hid your email, tell us so and we'll help you confirm it's you. We delete it within 30 days and reply once it's done.

What gets deleted

Everything tied to your account, permanently:

• your account, email address and sign-in details;
• your profile — name, date of birth, gender and preferences;
• every workout, set and note you have logged;
• your exercise notes and your Insights.

We don't keep a copy. Deletion cannot be undone. See the Privacy Policy for more.
