Why lifters switch to Musclist

Nothing held back for a paid plan

The weekly AI report, the muscle map and your whole history are free. There is no Elite tier to unlock them.

Fewer screens between sets

Weight and reps start from last time and the ± buttons step the way your equipment does: 5 kg on a pin stack, 2.5 kg on a cable or a barbell.

A private log, no feed

There are no followers, groups or messages. Share a finished workout to your Stories when you want to, and that is it.

Count your perfect weeks

Set a weekly goal and every week you hit it is a perfect week. A 12-week chart shows how steady you have been.

Switching from JEFIT

Musclist cannot import your JEFIT history yet, so your past workouts stay in JEFIT. Rebuilding your routine takes a few minutes: create a workout for each day and add its exercises, or log a session and save it to your routine in one tap.

Questions

Is Musclist really free?

Yes. There is no Elite or Pro plan, no subscription and no ads.

How do the AI insights work?

They are optional. When you ask for your weekly report, AI analyses a summary of that week’s sets, without your name or email, and gives you notes on volume, muscle balance and what to adjust. It is information, not medical advice.

How many routines can I save?

Your routine holds up to 30 workouts, such as Push, Pull and Legs, each with up to 40 exercises.

Can I import my workouts from JEFIT?

Not yet. Your JEFIT history stays in JEFIT, and you start fresh in Musclist.

Can I create custom exercises?

No. You pick from a library of 164 exercises covering machines, free weights, cables, bodyweight and cardio, each searchable under the names gyms use.
